With more than 20 years of experience in the water and environmental sector, Andy is recognized for helping clients align teams, manage risk, and deliver complex infrastructure projects through collaborative delivery approaches.
Andy joins Brown and Caldwell's nationally recognized collaborative delivery practice, which supports some of the water industry's most complex infrastructure programs. By leveraging talent and expertise from across the firm, Andy will help expand the collaborative delivery pipeline, strengthen market presence, and further position Brown and Caldwell as a preferred partner for owners seeking innovative delivery solutions in the West.

Andy’s experience spans the full spectrum of collaborative delivery methods, including Progressive Design-Build, Fixed Price Design-Build, Construction Manager at Risk, and Design-Build-Operate. With an approach grounded in Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) and Water Collaborative Delivery Association’s (WCDA) best practices, Andy will work closely with Brown and Caldwell's West Business Unit leadership and national Collaborative Delivery team to help clients evaluate and implement delivery strategies that align project goals, responsibilities, and risk while strengthening the trusted partnerships essential to project success.

Throughout his career, Andy has helped owners, designers, contractors, and operators work together toward shared goals—creating the alignment and trust needed to successfully deliver complex infrastructure projects. Prior to joining Brown and Caldwell, Andy held senior leadership, program management, and operations roles within the water sector, most recently serving as a Water Business Unit Leader. His experience leading large teams and complex programs has given him a deep understanding of the technical, business, and people-focused aspects of project delivery.
